The comfort of the bed was the highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, it was ruined by the cockroaches in the room.

The bed was the only decent thing about this dump. Unfortunately, it was surrounded by a whole lot of problems. The location was a nightmare to find, and the area itself was pretty intimidating. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this place definitely didn't deliver.

I was surprised to find that the internet worked, which was a major plus. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. However, the room itself was a letdown - it had no windows, which wasn't immediately apparent from the limited photos online. The room was disgustingly dirty, with stained and torn bedding and grimy walls. The electronic lock on the door didn't work, and we had to replace the batteries ourselves.

One thing that worked in our favor was the hotel's accessibility - it was easy to get around. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse when we discovered that the TV in our room didn't have internet, despite the efforts of the friendly female staff member who tried to fix it multiple times. To make matters worse, our requests for an early check-in and late check-out were met with resistance, with the front desk initially refusing to accommodate us.
