It was close to the lake and beach, giving a peaceful vibe. It was smaller than I expected, and we didn't know the property sat on a golf course, plus the seating was uncomfortable.

The spot is perfect for those who enjoy peace and nature, just a 5‑minute walk to the gorgeous lake, 10 minutes by car to the beach and night market. The pool is decent, with plenty of loungers but no umbrellas, so bring your own. We stayed at the end of August, so there weren’t many tourists and it was very pleasant. The property has a large parking lot. Check‑in was super easy; we told the front desk we’d be arriving at 23:00, so they left our keys in the lockbox and sent us the code to pick them up. Very convenient. You can rent bikes, play ping‑pong, swim, use the shaded playground, or fire up the pizza machine if you’re a bit peckish. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so you’ll need to drive into town—about 10 minutes—for a supermarket. Five minutes on foot from the residence is Ispe Beach, a huge lake with a beach bar, snacks, and plenty of activities (water park, pedal boats, paddle, water‑based BBQ, jet ski, etc.). The lake has paid parking (4‑5 € per day). It isn’t very deep over several meters, so it’s safe for kids. The only downside was the smell of garbage, the cleanliness wasn’t 100 % (dust, floor dirt), and the kitchen was a bit small and lacked enough pots and pans.
