Checking in at 4:00 pm was too late; I expected a 1:00 pm check‑in.

“It was a good location for us and the room was clean, but I didn’t appreciate the additional charges.”

The location was convenient for our plans, but I was charged a $50 early‑check‑in fee to access the room at 12 pm. The hotel wasn’t sold out, the room was ready, and the fee added to parking and the resort fee, so it felt unnecessary.
