The spot was spot-on, just a short walk from Vauxhall station and surrounded by a bunch of eateries. I appreciated the shared washer/dryer, especially since I was traveling light and staying for several days. The only downside was the single standing fan in the room, which sometimes left it a bit warm.

Everything went smoothly with the self‑check‑in and the staff were friendly. The room, however, had a noticeable slope and uneven floor, making it feel cramped. The window faced the road, so there was quite a bit of noise, and it was scorching when we arrived; the fan didn’t provide enough airflow. Overall, we felt it was pricey for what it offered.

We left at 6 am and when we returned the entry code had changed; attempts to call or email were unanswered, and after a long struggle we finally got in. It was a terrible experience and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location is excellent and convenient, just minutes from buses or the metro and a 30‑minute walk to Westminster. Everything is very clean, from the room to the shared bathrooms. With many shower stalls available, there’s always a tidy one ready. The kettle in the room is handy, and although we didn’t need the fridge, it’s useful for keeping drinks cold on hot days. Our window faced the road, but after a long day of walking we slept soundly. The room is small and a few hooks on the wall would help hang towels, but it’s practical, well‑situated, and we’ll definitely return.
