“Fantastic hotel in great location”

The room was huge and stylishly decorated, and the bar downstairs was great. It’s handy that they offer on‑site parking, even though it’s an extra fee – but that’s fine.

“We’ll be back!”

The spot on Cuba Street is perfect for our stays – everything is within walking distance, there are great restaurants, WOW, etc. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected when staying right in the city center.

The rooms are well designed and the location is great! The spa pool facilities were shut off and had been out of service for a while, which should be communicated to guests because my kids were very upset. Having only the freezing‑cold pool available in winter is terrible for a hotel of this caliber.
