“Dem Preis entsprechend”

Nicely furnished apartment. Friendly service with free coffee and fruit. The landlord replies quickly. The apartment is quite untidy. It isn’t cleaned properly, so many corners and parts of the apartment are a bit gross. There is also a lot of unnecessarily kitschy decor and room perfumes.

Absolutely great accommodation, we were more than surprised. We had room No. 2. Huge and very comfortable bed, almost royal, huge TV, very friendly contact from the owner beforehand. The kitchen had everything, the bathroom was very good and the shower was excellent. Very good Wi‑Fi available. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Very quiet surroundings. Another guest was very helpful at entry. I’ll book it again on my next visit to Chemnitz. The app was a bit hard to get used to, making re‑entry a little difficult because the key on the apartment door didn’t open. No regular TV channels were received, the signal was always shown as missing. The trash cans in front of the house were a bit poor, but the host can’t do anything about that.

Very good location. Given the price there’s nothing to complain about. A bit older but okay.

Good location, cozy, good equipment, very good shower. In the kitchen there is only a sharp knife and no cutting boards. The light in the bathroom is very dark.
