Good breakfast and very nice service, and the location is quiet, close to the lifts and the city centre. The spa and pool are great, and the shuttle to the lifts has very polite drivers. I could also use the skishop/rental in the hotel basement. The only downside was that the restaurant area felt cramped during breakfast.

The hotel sits in a great central yet quiet spot, just minutes from the slopes, and the van service to the slopes was very convenient. The rooms are cozy and spotless, and the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Breakfast was also very good. The only minor drawback is that the common areas can feel a bit small when busy. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

This small boutique hotel has amazing staff, lovely food, and a free shuttle service to the slopes and the town whenever you want. The only issue was that the pool was a bit cold; I would have liked a hot tub.

The hotel is pleasant, with a good location – you can reach the slopes on foot in 5 minutes. Guests have access to a small pool and sauna. The friendly staff shuttle guests to the slopes by bus, though you can also walk there. The rental shop and storage for equipment are located right in the hotel, so you don't have to go anywhere to rent skis, and you can test different models daily. The breakfasts are good, but I missed any vegetables in the buffet, like tomatoes or cucumbers, although everything was tasty. In our two‑storey apartment, the rooms on the upper floor were quite small and had slanted ceilings. The ground floor rooms were OK in size. Additionally, the upper floor had a heating problem – it would turn on automatically at night and was too hot. I reported this to reception, and they promised to fix it, but it didn’t work for a few days.
