How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The renovated farmhouse is beautiful. The staff are very kind and helpful, even for self‑check‑in with clear instructions. The rooms and breakfast room are lovely. The breakfast is great for me, with many good cakes, bacon, and eggs— a pleasant experience! Everything else is fine; if I must point out a flaw, the shower access was a bit difficult, but I understand that fitting everything perfectly can be tough during renovation.

I highly recommend Cascina Mora Bassa. The staff were always super friendly, responsive, hospitable, and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the housekeeping did a thoughtful job that impressed me. The breakfast is absolutely amazing—by far the best breakfast I've had across all the places I've stayed in Italy. They even sell some of their delicious jams if you want to take them home, which we ended up buying a couple of jars. Downtown Vigevano is a very short drive away (a charming downtown I recommend visiting), making this location even better, and it’s within an hour to 1.5 hours driving distance from the major lakes, Torino, and Milan, making those places good day trips if you have a car. I traveled with my family, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

I liked the spot—just outside the city center, in a quiet area away from traffic, and a short walk gets you to Piazza Ducale. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was solid, with plenty of sweet and savory options and generous portions. I wish the outdoor areas were better used; the small sofas were cramped and dusty, so nobody wanted to sit on them.

A quiet, beautiful spot on the edge of Vigevano, right next to a pool/spa. We were here for a day. Worth a visit if you’re coming from Milan, Turin, or just passing through. There’s a nice little museum nearby. Vigevano has one of the most beautiful squares in northern Italy. The owner is very friendly. Bicycles are kept safely on the courtyard. The equipment is modern and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is exceptional, with very good coffee. The little kitchen at the end is wonderful!
