The staff were amazing. I was lucky enough to celebrate my 30th birthday at this hotel and that very evening a cake and decorations were prepared for me. They were always accommodating and pleasant. A big shout‑out to the cook who made our breakfast every morning in a minute. It was so hearty and varied that you won’t be hungry at noon. The authenticity of the room décor was a big plus! Thank you a thousand times. There were a few missing hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels, and bedside lamps would also be a plus.

The staff were friendly, very hospitable and welcoming. The room was spacious, everything as described. The breakfasts were very tasty. There were a couple of things that could be easily fixed, like scratching the tap in the bathroom sink and the broken lid on the kettle. Overall everything was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk into town where you can shop and find quaint restaurants. A great relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. Amazing view of the hot air balloons from the terrace. The Turkish Hamam was a real treat

The hotel’s location was convenient, the view from the terrace covered the entire valley and you could see all the balloon launch points. The attitude was maximally friendly, they helped with all questions. The breakfasts were the tastiest in Turkey.
