The room was a decent size, but there was a smell of “cooked food” likely coming from the kitchenette.

The rooms were spacious and tidy, but we had to argue with the host about the AC not working; he blamed us for not using it correctly. It was so hot that we had to open the windows while church bells rang every hour until 2 am, and it only cooled down around 3 am so we could finally sleep. The next day we asked for fans, and the host finally fixed the AC, but he had ignored the issue earlier. I had to try sleeping on the downstairs couch to get comfortable the first night. Breakfast consisted entirely of carbs, so we skipped it both days, though the coffee machine was good.

The property was very pretty and clean, located right in the center of Rapolano and close to both thermal spas. My stay lasted only one night, and everything was perfect.
