I asked about luggage storage before check‑in and was told it was okay, but when I arrived around noon no one was there and I couldn’t find the luggage room. The passcode I had received earlier didn’t open the girls’ dorm door, and I wasted an hour trying to locate the luggage room. It turned out the girls’ room was marked as “3rd floor” but was actually on what would be the 4th floor in Japan. Since there’s no elevator to the 4th floor, heavy luggage is a problem. The sheets are only for the mattress, no duvet is provided, and there’s a blanket that may not have been cleaned, raising hygiene concerns. All bedding is self‑service. The place is always unmanned, and there are no English signs, so it’s hard to recommend for those who don’t speak Thai. The toilet is combined with the shower, so the seat and paper can get wet, which is acceptable if you’re okay with that. There is an elevator near BTS exits 3 and 4, so use that if you have heavy luggage.
