“The warmest and friendliest staff on the entire island!”

We came as a family of two adults and a three‑year‑old and the hospitality was flawless. The team was incredibly friendly, warm and caring, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to help us with everything, and because our last‑day flight was late, the hotel kindly let us keep our belongings in a room for the day so we could stay in Santorini until the very end. The caldera view is breathtaking, so I’d strongly recommend a room with that view—it really enhances the experience. Several great restaurants were nearby, which was very convenient. The pool was lovely and perfect for adults wanting to relax amid the beautiful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, stunning views and service that truly makes a difference. We’ll remember our stay fondly and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. The breakfast, however, fell short of the hotel’s otherwise high standards; the presentation and variety of juices, coffee and tea could use improvement. In a five‑star hotel, one expects top‑quality breakfast, especially when the rest of the property is so good, so a few tweaks here would make a real difference.

A huge room with an amazing view of the caldera, and the staff were very attentive. The pool was pretty, but it was a bit too cold. Walking to the village takes about 5 minutes, and that place avoids the tourist crowds while still offering a few restaurants. The building is fairly noisy, especially the water sounds from neighboring rooms, and there’s no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms.

“Amazing.”

Everything about the hotel was great. The view is spectacular because it sits on the caldera and it’s not as busy, so it was very relaxing. We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade, which made our stay exceptional. We loved the food at the restaurant, and the team—especially Sofia at reception and Maria at the restaurant—were always friendly, supportive and smiling, making us feel at home, as did the rest of the staff. We would definitely come back.

“Nice place to enjoy and relax in santorini”

The room and the view were great, and breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. The hot tub and pool area were nice, and the location is very close to the castle and the mini town. It would have been even better if the dinner menu had a bit more variety.
