The location was a let‑down, the gym wasn’t included with the room and you had to pay extra for it, which feels off for a 4‑star place, and the breakfast was just average.

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and comfy, breakfast was really tasty, the staff were always friendly and in a good mood, and we felt right at home.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the double bed was comfortable, but the showers had a bit of limescale.

It was super quiet, but I wish they had an ice machine because the heat was so intense.

The room’s setup and the hotel’s location are good, it takes 20 minutes on foot to the city center and 15 minutes to the beach, and breakfast was plentiful. Initially the room looked clean, but closer inspection revealed hair all over the floor even after daily cleaning. When we mentioned it to the receptionist, no satisfactory solution was offered at first. After several more cleaning attempts, nothing improved. Thankfully a shift change happened and a staff member handled our issue very kindly and proactively, and we finally received a different acceptable room.
