The design, comfort, and location were all top notch; Donna at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast had a wide selection with delicious coffee. I met a woman from Berlin who was thrilled to find a place with authentic German food, but the patio was too small to be useful in my view, though the room itself was a dream.

The personal service was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the extra touches made the stay feel special, all in a great location.

Located downtown, the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and relaxing, and the views were amazing, but there was no hot tub.

I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredible breakfast experience. The staff, particularly Donna and her colleagues, were warm and engaging, and I enjoyed learning about the property's history and the owners' passion for bringing Bavarian culture to life. However, I do think it would be helpful for the website to clarify that the Solstice suite features a large shower with heated tile floor, rather than a tub. Overall, my stay was truly magnificent.
