The pools and staff were great, snorkeling from the beach was a plus, and there was plenty of hot water; Wi‑Fi was okay, but the AC in the rooms wasn’t great.

The food was incredible—we’ve never had such good food on Bali since staying at this hotel, truly top. The location could be questioned, but the hotel offers everything you need, so the location isn’t a big deal.
