У отеля прекрасное расположение: море рядом, пляж шикарный. Бар тоже очень понравился — большой выбор алкоголя на любой вкус, а бармены приветливые и отзывчивые. Возле бара всегда было чисто: сотрудники постоянно убирали и отлично справлялись со своей работой. А вот уборка номеров была отвратительной. Полотенца нам не меняли, пока мы не оставляли евро. Столовая тоже разочаровала: еда невкусная, мяса практически нет. Печёнка и куриные желудки встречались так часто, что казались фирменными блюдами. Когда я обращалась к сотрудникам кухни и говорила, что недовольна едой, они в ответ лишь нагло усмехались. Такое отношение неприятно. Рыбный ресторан на втором этаже, наоборот, понравился — там было вкусно. Жаль, что мы побывали в нём всего два раза: сначала мы не знали, что можем туда ходить. Об этом нам рассказала Катя. Катерине, которая работает с гостями, хочу сказать огромное спасибо. Она очень добрая, внимательная и отзывчивая девушка. Всегда помогала нам и старалась сделать наш отдых лучше. Отдельное спасибо официантке Ане за её внимательность. Море, пляж, бар и некоторые сотрудники оставили прекрасное впечатление. Но уборку номеров, питание в столовой и отношение сотрудников кухни к гостям отелю нужно серьёзно улучшить

The area and the view were super; the food was tasty, plentiful and flavorful, thanks to the chef and his helpers, and it was great that there were several dining spots; the gardens and parks were tidy, but the walls in the rooms were very thin, so the neighbor’s snoring and everything else could be heard; the cleanliness was only superficial, the bags in the trash were tiny, and the blanket‑like sheet was hard, uncomfortable and unpleasant against the body.
