Nice location. Nothing else.
“Avoidable because of unprofessional staff”
It was close to my office. My confirmed corporate booking somehow didn’t show up at the hotel. I told staff about my booking and checked in. At checkout I was asked to pay far more than the amount shown in my confirmed booking. What made it even worse was that the checkout staff told me I had asked for a new booking and for an AC room at check‑in, both of which were completely untrue. The guy was unprofessional and I had to ask him not to raise his voice at me. I wasted a lot of time and left with a bad taste in my mouth.
The breakfast was very poor. The floor tiles in the room were broken and the overall quality was low.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the room boys and supervisor are good… the location is awesome. The worst complimentary breakfast restaurant is not up to the mark. The receptionist shows attitude, and using their towels causes an allergy.
