This place was absolutely perfect - from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was ideal. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about, which is a rare occurrence for me.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us when we couldn't get a taxi in the lobby. They even called one for us, which was a lifesaver since we were heading to a concert. Overall, our first trip to Vietnam was a huge success thanks to this hotel.

Unfortunately, this hotel had a strong scent of spices that really bothered me, and the noise from outside made it impossible to sleep. It was a chaotic experience, to say the least.

The prices were very reasonable, and the room was spotless and tidy. It was a great value for the money, and I'd definitely stay here again.
