I appreciated the location and the facilities, but the absence of breakfast was a major let‑down, especially since the hotel advertised breakfast as included. When I booked, I received an offer for a complimentary breakfast, yet upon arrival they refused to provide it, claiming they were not giving breakfast. I later saw the breakfast offer still listed on the website, which felt deceptive and dishonest.

I enjoyed my stay because it felt like home; the staff upgraded me to a deluxe room when availability allowed, which was great. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the view of Ooty was superb. Excellent Wi‑Fi was essential for my trip, and hot water for showers was a pleasure. The location was convenient. However, the kettle was broken, and overall maintenance seemed lacking, needing a refresh in the room.
