The dinner was simple but tasty. However, part of the hotel was under construction, starting very early and loud. The room was noisy; you could hear neighbors talking, showering, moving furniture. I avoided turning on the heater for fear of burning myself. Bathroom cleanliness needed serious improvement; a little scrubbing removed grime. The room was very outdated, no insulation, broken TV. Staff were "overloaded" and not very friendly. I had to wait until 24:00 for the dinner bill. Breakfast was incomplete for the price, lacking variety and fruit. The "do not disturb" sign on the door seemed useless, as the room was still serviced.
