Breakfast was very limited, poorly organized, and the portions were mediocre. We were given very few pastries and had to beg for more. Not only were the amounts small, but we also received miniatures. In a five‑star hotel, breakfasts usually compete in beauty. Also, the breakfasts are very expensive, so the client must feel they get their money’s worth. The reception did not answer the phone.

The hotel was great! The room was spacious with a balcony, very bright, and the bed was comfortable. They upgraded my room category, which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to the hotel staff! The location was perfect, close to all major sights. I was disappointed by the poor Wi‑Fi – if you need to work it turns into a headache. In the rooms, besides the weak Wi‑Fi, even mobile internet worked poorly, probably because of thick walls. I wish they’d notice this and fix the internet. The breakfast was not good at all – for 44 € per person there was not even bread, and the variety was lacking. On the bright side, they made a delicious omelette for me.
