The location was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and the balcony was nice; the photo on the website isn’t of the Bozzali Deluxe. One night the roof leaked, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The shower drain was clogged, so water ran over the floor in the bathroom.

The location was great, right in the center. Our room was dark and a bit damp, and I didn’t like how high the bed was.

The location was absolutely fabulous, so close to everything. It had just been renovated, so it was clean, comfortable, and the staff were wonderful! I’d definitely stay again!

The location in the old town was good, but the hotel was tucked into a side alley. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The balcony was very small, only one chair, and it looked out onto a solid concrete wall. The towels were very thin.
