We spent 19 nights there and found it very affordable and comfortable. The beds were great and the bathroom water pressure was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions, and housekeeping kept the room spotless. The hotel sits on a corner of the Old City, about a 10‑15 minute walk from Tha Pae Gate, with 7‑Elevens and laundromats just a 1‑2 minute walk away. Overall, it was great value, and I’d definitely stay again if I return to Chiang Mai.

Big bed and clean rooms. The bathrooms were a little run down and they only gave us 1 towel between us which was odd

The location is excellent for moving comfortably around the city. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are simple but fully equipped. The beds are okay and the environment is quiet (the hotel is on a quiet street). Great value for money.
