A nice 2‑bedroom/2‑bathroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the beach. Every room has a TV with Roku and free Wi‑Fi. This was our second visit to The Colony and we’re already looking forward to the next one. Seriously? Nothing stands out.

The rooms were excellent, but it got really hot at times and I had to adjust the thermostat often.

Very Clean…and waking up to the sound of the ocean was amazing!. I loved everything about the property and our stay!

The view was good, but the old TV had no sound, the bedroom had no space to move around, the halls were dirty, dark, and stinky, security was terrible, and maintenance was terrible. It wasn’t what I expected; I could have spent less money at a nicer facility.
