The staff and the breakfast were good. The beds creaked and were uncomfortable. The walls were very thin and security wasn’t great when the next guest was making noise. I’ve stayed here before but it wasn’t great.

Bar staff including the lovely manager whose name I forgot Room location views and aesthetics Bathroom was huge and equipped Housekeeping staff were attentive and so professional and honest Location was top top close to everything views ambiance Breakfast Facilities Maintainance and ground staff Safety with 24 hour security. I am truly disappointed in how unhelpful and unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staff was. There was only one lady who was cordial and when communicating with her about extending my booking she was helpful and professional. From booking in to checking out I met front desk staff who behaved as if they were tired fed up hungry and can’t be bothered. How does someone sit in that space and you feel like they been bothered or you need to pay them to smile. They were lethargic and in my view not an asset. Luckily I’m 🇯🇲therefore I know how to navigate that nonsense. Secondly the WiFi was off for 4 days with no back up and no communication or different explanation from different people. That was not acceptable and was deep,y disappointing. We were not offered any compensation and I mean not even a cup of coffee. Again front desk didn’t care one bit and it was our bar staff that provided credible update if they could. Please do something about the swimming pool water it was too cold truly

I liked the location, but I didn’t like that I was quoted a different price than what’s on your website.

The location is really great, within walking distance of Dr.Cave Beach and other attractions. However, the posted rates differ from what was charged at checkout, and there was no mention of an extra tax or its amount. The bar service was a major drawback.

The place is well situated. It was a bit noisy at night because of music and traffic.
