At first they quoted a price, and it was clear that you have to pay the booking tax at the property, but the platform operator clearly doesn’t know how to set prices and ended up advertising false rates 😡🤬😡🤬 I was charged more than twice the amount, even though I had a Genius 2 discount on booking. 😡😡😡 The price I booked was not the same as what I was charged, and there isn’t even a coffee station in the hotel. The bed was broken, the sheets smelled bad and were scorched with holes… Terrible, very bad. The receptionist was polite, but I know it wasn’t his fault; the owner put us on the phone and instead of admitting a mistake, told us that if we didn’t pay that amount we should contact booking and complain to them… Disaster, especially since I had booked this hotel a week and a half in advance. I don’t recommend it.

“Malisimo y lo peor te engañan con el precio”

They tricked me with the price, saying it was per person when it clearly stated 2 passengers; I checked and they still lied as if it were a scam. Really awful, never again. It was dirty, they deceived me with the price, they overcharged, and online it shows a different rate.
