Bel endroit. Petit-déjeuner lent, lent, lent. Pas cohérent debute à 08.00 mais votre table sera servie au plus tôt à 08.30. Pas possible de déjeuner plus tôt lors d excursion. Chambre nettoyée 2 fois sur 12 jours. obligé de demander papier toilettes. pas d autres repas disponible

The staff was limited to one or two people for the whole property. Hacienda Plaza itself was beautiful, the big pool great, and the rooms spacious. I stayed five nights and never had hot water for showers, Wi‑Fi was awful, rooms weren’t ready for a five‑night stay, trash bins were missing, no room cleaning, no bath towels, no sheets, and breakfast was very limited. Parking was also tight.

The owners were very attentive, the hotel is in a great spot and feels very secure, but the Wi‑Fi was spotty.

The place is clean and fresh, close to Crystal Diving, and the owners care a lot about their guests, being very helpful and flexible; if I ever go to northern Mauritius again, I’ll definitely stay here.
