The place was clean and well equipped, but the magnetic card was a bit troublesome—they solved it immediately.

There was no breakfast, only brewed coffee; I didn’t like the staff—they were rude and seemed suspicious about what they did with your belongings even though you paid for the stay, it felt more like a dorm than a hotel; my son disliked the shared bathroom, and even when we needed an iron, they were so strict that using the washing machines felt like they were constantly checking your actions—no privacy at all.

The location and staff assistance were great, everything was fine.

The staff were fantastic and exceptionally helpful, but the hotel itself felt basic and could use some modernisation and decoration; it was a bit of a walk into the city, and I was warned that walking to the railroad station early in the morning might not be safe.
