The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so it wasn't a complete disaster.

I didn't like the service at all.
The staff behaved well, and there were no problems.
The service was the worst; the staff treated me disrespectfully.
The staff offered me extra money for the room, which was a strange bed experience at night.
I still haven't received a refund.
