The hotel was very comfortable with great facilities in a perfect Bur Dubai location, and a huge thank you to Mr. Nazeer (Duty Manager) for his outstanding support from check‑in to checkout and for his whole team, as well as to Ms. Sara (Morning Manager) for her excellent guest‑relations skills and warm hospitality—I'll definitely stay again. The elevators were always crowded and slow, especially on weekends and late at night, and the policy that charges extra for additional guests even if you booked for two and only one stays is annoying.

I really appreciated the front desk receptionist and the excellent service; the room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was fantastic, so I’ll definitely come back next week. Thanks again for the great service!

Beliggenhet. For lite heis , kun 2 heis på 24 etasjer. Med alle klubber og massasje sentre blir det alt for mye trafikk på kun 2 heis
