“Excelente”
The service was excellent, the cleanliness was very good, it was comfortable, and the price‑to‑value ratio was very good.
It was very pretty and close to everything, but the mattresses could be better.
Unfortunately, this hotel fell far short of expectations, with a range of issues that made our stay a nightmare. The hotel's condition was poor, with signs of neglect and disrepair throughout. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, making our experience even more unpleasant.
The location was good.
I had a great time here.
