The location was good, the beds comfy, breakfast tasty, and coffee, tea, and water were available all day in the lobby; cookies started arriving at 5 pm. The staff were friendly and the rooms stayed clean. On the downside, storage options in the bathroom were very limited, a large mirror in the room would have been nice, the breakfast area was small but manageable if you arrive early, and unfortunately all the plates, cups, and cutlery were made of paper/plastic, often individually wrapped, which produced a lot of waste each day.

Rooms were spotless and the staff friendly. I loved the large atrium in the lobby where our big group could gather for snacks before the wedding, and the restaurant was nice too.

The location was fine. However, a staff member named Aleksandr was very unhelpful, unfriendly, and downright aggressive; I pointed it out and he didn’t apologize, showing a lack of patience and overall unpleasantness. I asked him about reception and the final payment. Aside from him, the rest of the staff on other days were nice, and during the first two days I had to request a room change and replacement of towels.
