This hotel felt like a home away from home in Gurgaon; the staff were upfront and very helpful. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly, and despite multiple reports, no solution was provided.

Breakfast was great. The Wi‑Fi in the room was very slow, making it hard for me as an American Indian visiting my homeland to complete any work, even though the café’s Wi‑Fi worked fine.

I was staying in room 301 and the wifi in the room never worked, even though the cafe had great wifi; I reported it several times but got no fix, so I think the hotel should refund part of my rate. The elevator was broken for an entire day, forcing me to climb the stairs, which felt dangerous because I have multiple disabilities and was scared of falling. The location was close to a relative’s place, which was a plus.
