How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was great with nice architectural features—no square box—and it was wonderful to be on campus. A short walk to town offered great restaurants and good stores. The downside was that no breakfast was served; even a simple continental buffet would have been nice so that you don’t have to go outside in bad weather.

We asked to change rooms and the hotel had agreed, but the next day they acted as if that never happened and offered no apology.

The location was fine, but there was no place to eat or even have breakfast, and the rooms didn't have mini fridges.

We liked the spacious setting and enjoyed the charming little town of Andover, but it would have been nice to have more facilities like breakfast, a bar, and dinner.

I grew up on the PA campus and was visiting for a funeral, so staying at The Inn felt right compared to the generic chain hotels nearby; my single winter night met every expectation. The rooms look freshly updated, the first floor feels warm and welcoming, and the staff were helpful and kind. I liked the laminated sheet that explained the inn’s history, much of which I had never known. Being close to Addison, Abbot Academy, the chapel, and the whole campus brought back fond memories. I loved everything.
