The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was free in October, and a daily Otis Spunkmeyer cookie was available from 4‑8 pm; they responded quickly to requests like extra towels, though figuring out how to enter the parking garage area was confusing.

I had a good interaction with the staff, and a staff member helped with parking, which I appreciated; breakfast was good, and the lobby was somewhat clean and nicely decorated for Fall/Halloween. However, overall cleanliness was lacking—hairballs were on the bathroom floor and in corners, elevators were slow or non‑functional and dirty, parking was horrible, the room furniture looked outdated and cheap, and the patio door lock was hard to operate, with the door/frame moving when opened.

Check‑in went smoothly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the ocean view was great, but the hallways and lobby felt a bit dingy.
