Great location and the possibility of free train rides on the Winterpool throughout the stay. Very good breakfast and friendly service. There was no problem checking in more than an hour early (stay at the beginning of October, probably during peak season it might not be possible). I recommend!

Excellent communication in Czech, Polish, and English. Good breakfast. A small snack in the hallway. A kitchen in the hallway for tea/coffee, etc.

The location is perfect for hiking because you can use the chairlift directly next to the hotel for free. In winter it is definitely an advantage, but to go all the way up you have to take another lift that you have to pay for. The only complaint is that the coffee machine in the breakfast room is a disaster; otherwise, no other issues.
