The music, food, varied breakfast, and quiet dinner were all great, and the balcony view of the pool and sea was lovely; the sunbathing area faced the sea with a dedicated server, and everyone was very kind. The only downside was that accessing the beach was a bit tricky from the pool buildings, requiring a detour around the building.

Nothing positive—lights were out from 8 am to 5 pm on October 2nd, there was no backup for air conditioning, no fans, no phone charging, and it was a horrible nightmare; they didn’t apologize and only offered a free drink. Even at breakfast the coffee machine and pancake machine didn’t work, and the rates were high. I demand a refund for the day we stayed because the rooms were literally burning with heat and we had to leave for the mall.

The pool was good with a slide and the rooms were clean, but we booked a king bed and the one we got was slightly smaller; the room was noisy when people walked by, the elevator was loud, the floor was very wet and dirty, and the location was far from Hua Hin.
