Good spot and a spacious room for the price, and Lan worked hard to make our stay pleasant with a comfy bed. However, we didn’t get enough pillows, there’s no fridge or TV in the room, and the toilet was broken—though Lan fixed it quickly.

Close to the center, but next to a noisy machine shop, the air‑conditioning is unstable, and the shower head is heavy and hard to turn.

A lovely, cozy place with a cute, spacious, fully equipped, clean, and comfortable room; even though it’s in the center, the alley and villa‑style layout make it airy, cool, and quiet, giving a home‑like feel. I liked the self‑check‑in, especially after a long trip, and the small kitchen lets me cook simple meals like noodles, which is handy. I cleaned up for future guests. The host is friendly and helpful, especially Lan who guided us throughout our Ninh Bình trip. The spot is convenient, just about 500 m from Hoa Lư Ancient Town, with many eateries and sights nearby. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Bình. Nothing to complain about; I’d return if I get the chance.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and the space was pleasant. Breakfast was tasty, and the location made it easy to move around, close to restaurants and sights. The host was sweet, and the home was ideal for a group; we even hosted a BBQ there. Everything left me satisfied.
