The location was convenient and the drive up to the door helped; staying with a paraplegic, I needed special details for her stay and was able to get a ground‑floor room. However, the room put us between the rudest people I ever met. There was a chocolate candy behind the dresser, and if we hadn’t looked first, one of her dogs would have eaten it—something that has happened before at other Best Western hotels, which is unacceptable if these kinds of people work for Best Western. I will not stay in one any longer. They were remodeling, and when we were getting ready to leave they stacked furniture around my car, preventing me from getting her wheelchair to the car. I asked about moving the furniture, but the workers left and two of them acted like they didn’t speak English. This is not how to treat people, and we are not pleased with the remarks and the treatment at all.

Clean and close to everything, but the free breakfast requires a ticket.
