How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was superb. The night staff’s behavior was unacceptable—waking guests up at night to demand room rent and other fees as if they’d flee unpaid. That should have been explained at check‑in. Aside from that, our stay was comfortable. The manager/owner is a nice, knowledgeable gentleman and helpful; I wish the other employees followed his example.
