The staff were friendly, but I was lucky to have a Thai friend who could call them about a few problems. Messages I sent went unanswered. The property is tucked away in the countryside and hard to locate; two road entrances are marked, but beyond that there are no signs indicating where to go, so it took a while to find the villa. The first villa had a bad smell in the bathroom and the sink and shower drains weren’t draining; we were moved to another one and everything was fine. On the second night I was looking forward to watching Netflix after arriving, but the internet was down because they hadn’t paid their monthly bill; it was fixed the next day after my Thai friend called. Messages still went unanswered, so that needs improvement. We were basically the only guests at the time, so they weren’t overwhelmed.
