The location was fine, nothing else mattered, but the room in the main building smelled bad and the bedding wasn’t the cleanest.

It was very comfortable for a single night and affordable with a single bed, and everything in the room was fine. The only issue was that room 109 sometimes had no Wi‑Fi, and other times only two very weak connections.

The location and the price were better than everywhere else.

The staff were okay, but the bed was very springy, the room was very outdated, the window crack was sealed with cellophane, and using the bathroom sink released a horrible drain smell that filled the room.

We checked in only to find the hotel closed, so we were redirected to the Iris Hotel. They never told us we’d been moved to another property or that we’d be in a smaller room at Iris, which was not listed on our booking. Some other guests were also upset, and this should have been verified by the staff.
