I stayed in room 206, which was a disappointment; the hand shower head and the main shower were broken, making it hard to wash my face and hands because the basin was poorly positioned. Cleaning only happened once during my five‑day stay after I requested it. The location, however, was convenient.

The hotel’s location was fine, but I was forced to pay an extra ₹350 on top of my online booking because the staff said the room couldn’t be rented at the advertised rate; the invoice only reflected the online amount. The bedsheets had stains, and the hotel wouldn’t accept card payments—only UPI or cash. There were no extra amenities such as soaps, and only one towel for two people. Breakfast wasn’t provided, nor was a water bottle, even though I was charged more. The overall experience was poor.

The hotel's last-minute cancellation of our booking left us stranded at 11 pm. They sent us to another hotel, which happened multiple times. It was a really frustrating experience. We ended up spending the night elsewhere.
