“The most expensive best western I stayed in the post 5 days and the worst”
The location was good, but it wasn’t clean; the shower curtain was dirty and the bathtub had some sort of cement on it.

The private jacuzzi was a real treat, and the spot was great. But honestly, it felt pricey for what you got, and the breakfast was pretty basic.

A short walk to the city center keeps it quiet, plus there's a parking lot right on the property. Breakfast was decent—eggs, a few cereals, bacon, and fruit—but nothing special. Some staff were friendly, while others, especially the front‑desk lady who handled us multiple times, were a bit unhelpful.

The room was clean and the bed comfy, though the fold‑down bed was too small for two kids. Staff were friendly and the area was quiet, plus the underground parking was handy. Banff’s center is a short walk away, and we liked the free water dispenser in the hallway. We’d come back. The only gripe was breakfast: they had proper dishes—plates, cups, glasses, bowls, and cutlery—but also a lot of disposable plastic and cardboard items that were even placed before the real ones.

Good location, clean and nice rooms, breakfast was okay. All in all, nothing out of the ordinary.
