I was pleased to find that the hotel's location was convenient, with a nice view of the boats in the lagoon and a short drive to nearby stores and activities. However, the furniture in my room was a bit dated, and the couch's vinyl covering was starting to flake off due to age. While it wasn't a major issue, it did detract from my overall experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bar, restaurant, and breakfast area were modern and well-maintained. The food was also excellent and reasonably priced. However, the hotel's maintenance was lacking, with issues such as faulty faucets, broken lamps, and a worn-out leather sofa. The balcony was also underutilized, with only a plant pot on it. Additionally, the pool area had broken sun loungers and no parasols.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff in the cafe and the waitresses were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. However, the condition of my room was absolutely appalling - it was filthy, with stains on the toilet and a general lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, I had my AirPods stolen by the housekeeper, and when I brought it to their attention, I was met with complete indifference.
