The staff were excellent and warm, the integration with the shopping center was great, and the rooms were nice. The TV, however, barely worked.

On Saturday 10 October the air conditioning failed and I was moved to another room; on Sunday 11 it failed again, and despite being warned at reception the issue was not resolved. The bathroom smelled bad, the drain was clogged, and the extractor fan didn't work.
