“In its present condition and available facilities, Serena Peshawar is not good value for money.”

The location of Peshawar Serena is good. The staff is generally good, but not efficient enough. Other Serena Hotels are much much better. Administration and staff of Pearl Continental was much better. 1. There are no 'Smoking Rooms'. 2. Food was not good enough. 3. Rakaposhi Restaurant is not good enough. Please compare it to other Serena Hotels. The restaurant does not have enough space and the space is so open that it is difficult for a group of 4 persons to sit and talk. 4. There are no small meeting rooms for a 10 persons meeting. 5. On 15th or 16th June Electricity constantly tripped so many times that I couldn't work at all. It is unimaginable that a hotel of this stature cannot put in place a reliable generator system. 6. The buffet breakfast is not good enough. In particular there little choices in cheese. The ones offered in your breakfast are available at home. Avari Towers Karachi offers much much better food

“Great hotel in peshawar enjoyed my stay”

The hotel was clean and the staff—especially the team from security to reception and housekeeping—were very helpful; keep up the good work. The security check took a while, but it was necessary.
