How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The location was fantastic.

The central spot is close to the night market, the staff were helpful, and for the area it offers decent value. The bed was comfortable enough, the shower had hot water, and I wasn’t pressured to use the massage service even though it’s in the hotel. However, cleanliness was low—there were hairs on the shampoo and near the toilet, and I heard rats in the wall in one room. The window opened onto the hallway, which I didn’t notice until later, meaning people could see straight into the room when I was sleeping or access it if it was locked (though the hotel itself felt safe). The lift was very small and old.

The location is great because it’s close to the square, but the price doesn’t match the value.
