Everything. Nothing

The hotel’s proximity to tourist areas was a plus, but the cleanliness didn’t meet five‑star expectations, and a column in the room greatly reduced the usable space.

The rooms were very small and fell far below our standards; it definitely wasn’t a five‑star experience, and the hotel’s lack of customer service was a serious privacy breach.

Everything was excellent, and there was absolutely nothing missing.
