Right by Sprendingen station, it was quiet and clean. I could check in anytime myself (even though I didn’t find the code right away, a quick call clarified it). The apartment gave me peace during my work meeting in town, with Wi‑Fi and a small kitchen.

Terrible post‑stay customer service. Still no invoice after a month! I stayed at Longhouse Aparthotel from September 8th to September 12th, 2026. Before checking out, I requested the invoice and supplied all my billing details directly through the app, but I never received it. On October 2nd I called the property, and they said my request was forwarded to their finance email ([email protected]), yet today is October 9th and I still have no invoice. This is highly unprofessional and has caused major problems with my financial accounting. If you need an invoice for business purposes, beware—they ignore your requests after you leave. I’m still waiting for management to resolve this and send my PDF invoice immediately.

It was clean, but mostly a workers' lodging for Eastern European technicians, with no one speaking a word of German. I had no idea how to get my key, and the balcony was actually just the room entrance. Workers often sat in front of the rooms, which made it uncomfortable for me as a solo female traveler.

The property is new and close to a train and bus stop, making travel easy, but it pays to check the bus and train schedules; there is a bus every half hour during the day and one each evening. The room lacks hand soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer, and although there is a washing machine, there is no iron available if you need to press a shirt or tee; some units might not have an iron, but at least a set in the laundry room would have been nice.
